The provision of goods and services by Buddh is subject to availability. In cases of unavailability,we will contact you with options.

An order can be cancelled if payment has not been made yet for the order by the customer. Once payment has been made by the customer for an order, the order can only be cancelled before the order has been dispatched by Buddh.

If a product is damaged or broken when you receive it, you must inform Buddh within one working day of receiving it. We will then make.

Arrangements for a replacement product to be sent to you on our account or to refund you in full for the damaged or broken product.

All products are sold with a 7 day satisfaction guarantee. If you are not completely happy with a product that you received with your order, you can contact us within 7 days of receipt with the reason of dissatisfaction.

If the product is in its original sealed state we will issue a return number and a return delivery address. Shipping costs for the return will be for your account. Upon receipt, we will inspect the item and if it is in its original sealed state, we will refund you the value of the product. If you have opened and/or used the product, a refund will not be considered.

If you receive the wrong product you must contact Buddh within one working day. We will check our system to see whether a miss pick has occured. If there was a miss pick we will arrange to swap the 'wrong' product for the one actually ordered on our account.
Shipping & Delivery
Courier deliveries are made Monday to Friday between 9am and 5pm. There are no deliveries on weekends or public holidays. If you live in a main city centre, your order will take between 3-5 working days. If you live in a remote area it could take up to 7 days or longer. Please do not hesitate to contact our customer services team if you wish to get a more exact estimate.

Goods will need to be signed for upon delivery. If you cannot be there to sign for your delivery please suggest an alternative i.e. a family member, colleague, neighbour, etc. However Buddh takes no responsibility for goods signed by an alternative person.

Buddh is not responsible for damage after delivery.

For any complaints with regards to your order please contact us within 7 business days of your order delivery for resolution.

Shipping and handling rates may vary based on product, packaging, size, volume, type and other considerations. The shipping and handling charges are given at the time of check out and consumers will know about this before making payments
Shipping Charges

We ship products throughout South Africa and all orders of R2500 and above qualify for free domestic shipping. However, there is a flat shipping charge of R85 in and around Gauteng and R110 to all outer provinces if your total order value is less than R2500.

We also ship to a few Sub-Saharan African destinations (Botswana, Lesotho, Swaziland, Namibia & Zambia). Shipping and handling rates vary based on the shipping destination. You will see the final shipping and handling charges at the time of checkout after you provide the shipping address for your order.
