STEP 1:

Take a few drops of oil and gently massage all over the face and body.

STEP 2:

Add a few drops to your homemade face packs for extra moisture.

STEP 3:

Can be used in the AM and PM.

FOR HAIR

Warm the oil slightly and gently massage it into the scalp.

STEP 2:

Leave it on for about at least an hour, or overnight.

STEP 3:

Gently wash with your favourite JC shampoo and rinse thoroughly.
