FOR SKIN:
STEP 1:
Take a generous amount of the gel and apply it all over the face and body.
STEP 2:
Add some gel to your homemade face packs for extra moisture.
STEP 3:
Can be used in the AM and PM.
FOR HAIR:
STEP 1:
Take a generous amount and apply to the scalp. Also, coat your hair strands with the gel.
STEP 2:
Leave it on for at least an hour, or overnight.
STEP 3:
Gently wash with your favourite JC shampoo and rinse thoroughly.
STEP 4:
Can use 2-3 times a week.
