STEP 1:Take a few drops of oil and gently massage all over the face and body.

STEP 2:Add a few drops to your homemade face packs for extra moisture.

STEP 3:Can be used in the AM and PM.

FOR HAIR

STEP 1:Warm the oil slightly and gently massage it into the scalp.

STEP 2:Leave it on for about at least an hour, or overnight.

STEP 3:Gently wash with your favourite JC shampoo and rinse thoroughly.

STEP 4:Can use 2-3 times a week.
