FOR AROMATHERAPY

Add a few drops of essential oil to your diffuser to disperse the aroma in the air.

STEP 1:

Add the oil mix to the water and stir it. Step in and relax for 20-30 minutes.

Warm your favourite JC carrier oil and add a few drops of the essential oil to it.

Mix well and massage all over your skin and hair for a relaxing experience.

AS BODY OIL

STEP 1:

Add a few drops of essential oil to your favourite JC body oil and mix well.

STEP 2:

Massage the oil mix on to damp skin post bath.
