STEP 1:

Twist to unlock (refer to the arrow marked). take a generous amount of the body lotion on your clean palms.

STEP 2:

Apply to neck, arms, legs, and abdomen region 30 minutes before sleep for best results.

STEP 3:

Twist to lock the pump and tightly close the cap.
